That is normal. I look for usable inputs, failure cases, and review paths. If cleanup is required before a build makes sense, I will tell you before you pay.

When the workflow crosses several systems, needs business-specific rules, handles sensitive data, or requires logs, validation, and source-cited outputs. If a standard tool is enough, use it.

After full payment, you own the custom deliverables. Handoff includes setup notes, environment requirements, source code, and a maintenance path.

Each build includes 30 days of defect support on the original implementation scope, plus handoff notes, environment documentation, and a clear path for monitoring or future improvements.

Yes. I can design deployments around your security requirements, including private networking, access controls, audit logging, and approved model providers. Payment is split 50% upfront to begin scoped work, and 50% upon completion of the agreed delivery milestones. I accept credit cards and ACH.

How does vendor qualification and onboarding work?

I contract through a registered LLC using a standard Professional Services Agreement. I provide W-9 documentation, standard corporate invoicing, and can provide contract-specific General Liability or Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage if required by your procurement process.
